How to customize a golf head cover?
Click the button 'Personalize it' and then upload your logo, input the text you want to customize and choose font and color, then click the button 'ADD TO CART'
Logo: only support vector logo, photo of your pet or friend doesn't work
Please note complex logo couldn't be embroidered, we will send an email with the design drawing to you and start production after your confirmation. Generally custom logo order takes about 3-4 weeks production.

When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
What’s the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my items?
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We will choose the shipping warehouse according to the stock situation. Shipping Charges apply. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
What’s your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

I wanted to match a driver head cover I had purchased, and of course many brands don’t make center shafted putter covers so I gave this a shot, and I am so happy with the results. Minus the color being slightly off, the text of the “Golf Dad” is spot on with the other cover, and the quality is great! Which the fit was little more snug, but overall this is a great head cover!

It took longer than I'd hoped, but it came out better than expected. The quality is extremely good. I expect to use this for many seasons. Kudos to the craftsperson that did the work.
Love the LAB Oz putter cover. Very well made. Stitching is very good. Took about 4 weeks to receive it but No complaints
The quality of the head cover is top notch. I send them the design I wanted and they were able to create it perfectly. It fits my Lab putter just like the stock one, but has much more style.
