What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity starts at 15 pieces per style. If a project requires a different quantity, feel free to contact us for more information.
What's the price for a custom wholesale project?
Every wholesale project is quoted individually based on the product style, customization requirements, and order quantity. We'll provide the most competitive pricing based on your project.
What's the production and shipping timeline?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after the final mockup is approved. Shipping options can be arranged based on the required delivery timeline, with transit times generally ranging from 1–4 weeks depending on the destination and shipping method.
What does the order process look like?
Once the order is placed, a final digital mockup will be prepared for approval before production begins. During production, embroidery samples (photos or physical samples, when required) will be shared for confirmation before bulk production. Once production is complete, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided, and the shipment will be monitored until delivery.
Can different headcover styles be combined in one order?
Yes. Different headcover styles can be combined in one wholesale order, provided each style meets the minimum order quantity.
