How to customize a golf head cover?
Click the button 'Personalize it' and then upload your logo, input the text you want to customize and choose font and color, then click the button 'ADD TO CART'
Please note complex logo couldn't be embroidered, we will send an email with the design drawing to you and start production after your confirmation. Generally custom logo order takes about 3-4 weeks production.
Logo: only support vector logo, photo of your pet or friend doesn't work

When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
What’s the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my items?
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We will choose the shipping warehouse according to the stock situation. Shipping Charges apply. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
What’s your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Customer service swapped emails and worked with my on the adaptation of the image into what they could embroider, which came out great! I tried to indicate a larger space between the two phrases around the sides, but maybe the length was an issue, don't know...but it still looks awesome.

I ordered a custom DF3 Lab Golf Head cover from Craftsman and it turned out perfect! They send you an email before production to make sure it looks good or if you would like to do any changes which I thought was awesome. It look about 8 weeks to get the US but if you have ever ordered anything custom you know that it takes a little while to do, especially if they are busy. I do not regret it at all and I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for custom head covers for their clubs.
