All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.

Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The iron covers are really, really nice. I love the quality, they feel durable, and they look sleek. I hope they will last long. It’s easy to put them on or take the irons out (as you can see in the video, I managed to do that with one hand). They stay put nicely, they don’t tend to be loose or come off of the irons. The inside is nice soft. Absolutely recommended! 👌

Have been a LONG term customer for your headcovers and share your business name with my fellow golfers who seem to like as they go out and buy them. My Last purchase was the Green with Gold lettering / Numbers. They are very good looking, fit well and stay in place - Except ! The sizing for the Wedges is to small and I have to use the old covers as I cant get them on & off in a reasonable amount of time. I will be contacting you seperatly to see what you can do about this
