Refund policy

We are confident you will enjoy your CRAFTSMAN GOLF products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return requests must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order products, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
