All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Look these people are amazing to work with I ordered mine during there holiday so when they got back they made mine and my daughters and got it to us just in time for our golf trip !! I love this alignment stick cover. The quality of the material and the embroidery is very good. Especially the customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. I somehow got the alignment stick with a too big font size on the personalized embroidery and I received a fast response. They produced and sent me a corrected alignment stick cover immediately and without hesitation. Very thankful and so happy with my beautiful alignment stick cover I can now proudly show off the course.
