When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
What’s the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my items?
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What’s your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Ordered a three-piece set of custom headcovers with our company logo and I couldn’t be happier. The embroidery is sharp and clean — the logo detail came through exactly like our artwork, and the lettering is crisp and evenly stitched on all three. Colors matched what I sent. The leather feels premium, the stitching is tight, and the covers fit snug without being a fight to get on and off. Turnaround was quicker than I expected and everything showed up well packaged. These are going to look great in the bag and they make a solid company gift. Will be ordering again.
