When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
What’s the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my items?
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Vendor warehouse ——5-8 days
We will choose the shipping warehouse according to the stock situation. Shipping Charges apply. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
What’s your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftsmangolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Excellent product
I was sure that the default option was magnetic but apparently I ordered Velcro, not my intention. Also, rather than 2 with LW logo, having 1 as X would be far better.

These were a gift. The look and embroidery were of good quality and the price was decent. Order them way ahead as these are custom made and shipping does take a little longer. I would recommend them.

The head covers turned out great, but the 7 to 10 days took more like 20 days or better to get the product. Would not give you any tracking at any time until you got the product.

as advertised. good quality. embroidery is good quality. having different colors for each club is good...I usually look for the baby blue cover rather than the #8. Have bought more than once as I tend to lose them.... :\
They look good but they wear holes in them after a short period of time.
The iron covers are a good quality. I received compliments on the embroidery. Very unique!. I'm left-handed and finding iron covers personalized is not an easy task. The downside to this order was how long it took. Other than that if you can wait I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

They look great, and seem sturdy and should last a long time. The only thing I like to see change is how the velcro is attached inside, maybe it could be attached to the side wall completely instead of by one end of the velcro. Either way I still will buy more, much better that what the golf shops have. Plus they can be personalized, how can it get any better than that?
