When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.
What’s the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my items?
Free shipping on all US & UK orders over $49 and most orders over $69.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
US warehouse ——2-3 days. Most items are in US warehouse
Vendor warehouse ——5-8 days
We will choose the shipping warehouse according to the stock situation. Shipping Charges apply. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
What’s your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
